Quality Group Limited ,  now in its fourth decade of business excellence and  business exceeding more than 50 independent SBU’s ,a multi-location conglomerate with diverse interests across a wide range of products like International trade, government supplies in power and distribution , Automotive agenesis like Honda, ISUZU, GM ,Hertz , Real estate development , ,Health care, education , Mining , Agriculture and farming , Fisheries, Rice mills, Rental car , Car on Call( like Ola) ,Shopping Mall, Multiplex ,FEC, Shopping mall, E commerce, IT- ERP, E governance, drone management , Hypermarket , specialty stores, Skill development consultancy , FMCG( Water, detergent , Food) , Logistic solution IV fluid  and other business’s . Now wishes to recruit a qualified, experienced, and result-oriented senior professional with drive, vision and creativity to fill the position of CEO. The Board is searching for an exemplary professional who will inculcate and nurture a result-based management culture ensuring a high level of responsibility and accountability. The position will be reporting to the Group CEO.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Administration: To ensure the Company is appropriately organized and staffed and to have the authority to hire staff as necessary to enable it to achieve the approved strategy, to ensure that budgets are made and approved in time and expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget of the Company, to assess the principal risks of the Company and to ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed, to ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place. To ensure that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it to conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically, to ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business.

Program, Product and Service Delivery: Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services. Handle entire Operations of Sales & (in SBU’s where applicable Service Center). Someone with multi-disciplinary experiences in the workplace – someone who understands marketing, sales, branding, production, financing, and strategic planning. They don’t have to have run full departments in these areas, but they should have a good sense of each of these disciplines and a good understanding of the big picture.

Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management: Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization’s resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations. Define the growth plan along with the founders and execute it independently. Responsible for P & L. Achieve Top/Bottom line Target. Take disciplinary measures as & when required. Will have liberty of putting up the complete corporate/organization team in place keeping in mind the cost and business profitability. Crisis Management. Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. Works with Board to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals. Assures an effective fund development program by supervising as an individual responsible for this activity. Helps guide and enable the Board, its fund development committee(s) and its individual Board members to participate actively in the fund development process. Helps the Board and its development committee design, implement and monitor a viable fundraising plan, policies and procedures.

Human Resource Management: Effectively manages his/ her SBU’s human resources along with Corporate HR dept. according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. Motivate Team Members, Create performing atmosphere Work independently on building the team with the objective of YOY growth, Recommends staffing and financing to the Board. In accordance with Board action, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained. Specifies accountabilities for management personnel and evaluates performance regularly. Plans and meets deadlines. Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude. Demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.

Community and Public Relations: Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

Competence: To be seen as competent, CEOs need to show a deep understanding of the company’s business model: how the product is bought and sold, as well as how the product is made or how the service is constructed and delivered. They need to show a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong managerial skills, including motivating, developing, coaching and leading teams. Demonstrate experience in result based strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation as well as financial management skills. Be an effective communicator with excellent negotiations and people leadership skills .Excellent knowledge of relevant computer software and applications.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM from Premier Colleges & Institutions (no part time or distant learning)

Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Senior Management Work Experience (CXO, VP, GM most critical consideration will be behavioral traits listed above we are more concerned with talent as we believe experience is just cumulative numbers, skills can be learned but Talent is Genetic.
